Ben Quane | NZCQS NZCS | MNZIQS (Affil)

A clear systems thinker who is detail oriented and naturally leans towards end-to-end efficiencies. Ben has earned an enviable reputation as a competent leader in the field of Quantity Surveying and Construction Project Management, that spans 22 years in Hawkes Bay, the East Cape, Wellington, Auckland, Coromandel and other parts of the North Island.

He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and member of the NZIQS (Affil) with extensive experience project managing multi-million dollar developments in the education sector, large-scale residential and commercial projects as well as large civil projects.

Rachel Deane | BSc, MAud(Hons), MBA | MAudA, FAAA

A career Clinical Audiologist and business owner, Rachel brings a fresh client-centric and outcomes directed approach to construction services and residential property development. Rachel has owned and developed several properties, some with Ben, and created and built successful businesses in the UK and Australia. In an operations capacity, Rachel ensures things run smoothly.

With university training in Marine Biology and Clinical Audiology, this ex-salmon farmer and hearing health professional has spent 16 of the last 20 years working overseas. However, as an old girl of Napier Girls’ High School, she is excited to be home in Hawkes Bay, bringing with her some new ideas and international sensibilities.
